Delivery & Returns
All Lightshades, Cushions, Curtains and Blinds and Fabric by the metre/samples are made/cut to order and are non-refundable unless they are faulty. If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us by e-mail (Oliveandtedinteriors@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receipt. We will not accept any responsibility for damage reported after this period.
Faulty items must be returned, unused, in their original packaging, within 7 days of receipt for either a full refund or replacement. We will provide a pre-paid returns label to cover the full cost of shipping.
Please inspect any fabric thoroughly, as once it has been cut, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, regardless of any damage.
For other products - Items must be returned, in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us by e-mail (Oliveandtedinteriors@gmail.com) before returning. Once we have received the unused, undamaged item, we will issue a full refund or exchange. We will not refund postage costs in this instance.
Please be aware - For ALL returns, regardless of circumstance, you are responsible for the condition of the item/s until we receive it/them so you are advised to take the necessary precautions to prevent damaged whilst in transit.
All Packages are sent via Royal Mail.
You will be sent a confirmation e-mail once we have dispatched your item/s.
Delivery for ready made items is usually within 3-5 working days (from order confirmation).
For bespoke items please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
All shipping costs quoted are Mainland UK Delivery only. Non-Mainland UK and International shipping costs will be calculated per individual order.
Shipping for cushions covers starts at £3.95, Cushion covers with pads and lampshades £6.95. Shipping costs for curtains and blinds will depend on their dimensions and weight.
